我们出售的栄螺是属于Sashimi Grade,做成刺身口感是蛮脆口的,味道甜甜并带有些许苦味,有着大海的味道。如果选择烧烤的方式,栄螺也是一样地脆口,不过一定要趁热吃,这样才能吃到它的美味!
